Thank you for visiting Mistic Acres Ranch Website. Mistic Acres Ranch has a full and fun filled history with the American Quarter Horse.  As a dedicated breeding and training facility, Mistic Acres Ranch provides you with outstanding stallions, training and quality horses for sale. 

Mistic Acres Ranch rich history started with AQHA Champion Mistic Bar.  Mistic Bar set the foundation for a great program and the ranch was named after him.  Mistic Bar a 1963 Sorrel Stallion was an AQHA Champion and the sire of many outstanding foals and the only AQHA Champion Stallion by Gay Bar King. . His legacy continues in his offspring today in many of the ranches horses and has inspired the diversity of the ranches program from halter to cutting horses.  The Ranch then purchased an outstanding mare named Sandi Pie San and from these two horses began what my kids would call the poor man's , or in my case, the poor woman's "dynasty".  Sandie Pie San was by Raisin Sand who belonged to James O'Daniels.  Sandie's dam was Pie San who then belonged to the Scott's of Wolfe City, Texas.  She was eventually purchased by the Goddard Ranch of Ardmore, Oklahoma.  our next stallion would be Mr Strawberry Pie by Double L Straw and out of Pie San.  In the meantime we bought Gray Pie Dude who was by Blondy's Dude and out of Pie San.  We eventually purchased Pie San but had to go to North Dakota to get her!

Mistic Acres Ranch is located in beautiful East Texas only 30 miles east of Dallas, Texas. 

The facilities includes 150 acres of lush Bermuda grass pastures and numerous lots and pens.  A covered round pen and several outside working areas.  Individual mare pens and group pasture care areas are available.  There is a show barn, stallion barn as well as a trainers barn.  Mistic Acres currently stands two outstanding stallions, Mr Silver Conclusion and Neat Little Pepto. 

  Grace Jackson, the ranches owner, enjoys riding and showing. Grace is an active member of local horse clubs and the AQHA.
